About the Firm

Carol A. Neelley P.C. is a general civil practice firm with offices in Taos and Santa Fe, New Mexico. We focus on real estate transactions and litigation, commercial litigation and transactions, estate planning and probate litigation.

We have worked extensively in zoning and land use administrative matters. We handle residential and commercial real estate projects, including condominium projects and are comfortable with real estate finance. We represent owners, design professionals and contractors in design and construction agreements and both litigate and arbitrate construction disputes on behalf of owners, contractors, architects and engineers. We handle quiet title and partition litigation, and have litigated many easement and access disputes.
