Professional Experience:

Ms. Neelley joined the firm of Vinson & Elkins in 1979. Her practice focused on energy regulation, administrative law, and appellate practice. She opened her own firm in 1985 and had a trial practice in Houston until moving to Taos in 1992. After a hiatus while her daughter was small, Ms. Neelley joined the Natelson Law Firm in 1997, and opened her own firm in 1999. Ms. Neelley has a general practice, with areas of concentration in real estate, commercial and real estate litigation, probate and estate planning, and business consulting.

Ms. Neelley serves on the New Mexico Supreme Court's Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Committee. In addition, she is a member of the First Judicial District Bar Association, the Taos County Bar Association, and the Santa Fe Estate Planning Council.
