Professional Experience:

Ms. Kennelly was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar in 2010. She serves on the State Bar Ethics Advisory Committee and on the board of the Taos County Bar Association. Ms. Kennelly was Editor-in-Chief of the Natural Resources Journal at the University of New Mexico School of Law where she earned the Albert E. Utton Award in Natural Resources Law and was a Seth D. Montgomery Fellow at the New Mexico Center on Law and Poverty. Prior to relocating to Taos in 2004, Ms. Kennelly served for six years as a police officer near Cleveland, Ohio. Her practice areas include real estate transactions and litigation, probate, estate planning, land use, and water law.
